About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Ticket Return policy

Hi !
What about cancellation within Spring Festival and the period prior to it ?
Within 48-24 hours before departure is still 10% of the ticket value deducted? Above I found it may be deducted 20% even if more than 24 prior.

It should still be 10%, however, if the tickets have been changed before, it should be 20% then.
