Visa question

We have dual citizenship so we have two passports, one Australian and one British. From my reading of the internet with the British passport I think we are exempt from needing a visa for Vietnam. Is that right?

Yes. You are right. British nationality can enter Vietnam without visa and the visa exemption is less than 15 days.
