About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Has the 144h visa free transit in Beijing Bern confirmed?

Hi,

I land in Beijing (from Copenhagen) on january 22nd and are leaving Beijing for Hong Kong on January 28th. Question is, has the 144h free transit been confirmed, so I don't have to apply for a visa?
