About:Qingming Bridge

I am going to be in Vientiane for 1 week vacation in beginning of January

and don't have enough time to have it processed at a Consulate in my home country. Is it possible for a Canadian to apply for a Chinese L visa in Laos if I have all the required documents?

Anon, as you just stay there for one week, I cannot tell you for sure if you can get it there. Just give it a try.
