About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Lost passport overstaying fine?

Is is better to pay the over staying fine at the Police station or the entry and exit Bureau? Also are there reductions in the fine if overstayed because you lost your passport?

Sarah, you should pay the fine at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB.
I don’t think the fine will be reduced because of that.
