About:China Student Visa

I have completed my five year of mbbs study from university in china

and now i am going to do internship from other city hopital in china than mine university hospital.how to transfer my x1 visa from my university to that hospital where i go for internship .what is the procedure and documents required for this.

Kashif, if your internship lasts for more than 3 months, you may need to apply for a work Z type. The required documents include passport, the completed application from attached with a recently-taken passport-style photo, and the work permit. Next, submit the application to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB where the internship hospital is located to change the student X type to work Z type.
