Hello,im from italy,
i want to visit cina -guanzhou and get the 144 free transit, and from there go to vietnam by train, is possible to exit from cina from the vietnam border? ( within the range 144hours)

That's not going to happen unless you get a visa in advance. First, there's no 144 hour visa-free transit in Guangzhou. And even if there was, you have to leave by air. You can't leave by train.

That was supposed to be implemented over a year ago, but somehow the provincial government abandoned the plan because of illegal immigration.
