About:Chinese Embassy in Colombia

My wife is Colombian living in US, we will travel thru Shanghai en route to Cambodia

We plan to stay a couple of days in Shanghai, take the speed train, visit the city etc...Does my wife need an entry permit? or does she qualify for the 72 hour rule? I did not see Colombia listed for TWOV.

Hi, your wife is not eligible for the 72 hour free transit in Shanghai, she needs a visa for that beforehand.
