Return to same airport

Can i come in from Seoul then back again on a return ticket for a 2 day visit

You can if you have a visa. But it obviously doesn't qualify for visa-free transit because it's not a transit.

Hello

I arrived in Shanghai from Brussels 48 hours ago. I was supposed (flight booked) to go for a meeting in Hong Kong this morning, and then come back to Shanghai to take my flight back to Belgium.

Unfortunately, i missed my HK flight due to traffic reason and crowd at the airport.
So i wont have the third country rule respected....

Will I have problem when exiting the country back to Belgium tonight ?

Let me know what can I do

You will be blacklisted and fined upon departure if you attempt to board that flight. To avoid this, buy a same day, round-trip ticket to Hong Kong, Seoul or Taipei and fly it. Otherwise you will be permanently banned from transiting through China without a visa.

Im afraid it is too late to go to HK and back again without having a chance to miss the flight back to Belgium. What do you advice?

Changing your flight and flying out to a third country is the only viable option if you don't want to get permanently banned. If you still attempt to make your flight, you may be looking at a fine of 1,500 RMB (500 RMB for each day of illegal stay, total is about US$225) however the police could waive the fine and issue you a warning instead. However under both scenarios you are still looking at a lifetime ban.
