About:China Transit Visa

10-Hr stop over in Beijing

Hi.My stop over for 10 hours is Beijing.I am a Philippine passport holder but a permanent resident in Canada.I still did not get my PR card though..Can I avail of the 24-hour direct transit?What document should I get from the airport to get out and to enter in again for my connecting flight?Thanks

Hi, if you are traveling Country A - Beijing(10 hours) - Country B, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing. You need to apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office inside the airport by showing the passport and onward tickets, then you can leave there to explore the city.
