International flight from Chongqing to Amsterdam

Hello I've a question,

I am going to fly from Chongqing to Amsterdam through Beijing, with differents airlines. First I will take Air China and then I will take Lufthansa. With a transfer of 2 hours and 15 minutes. Am I going to make it in time with the transfer? And how about the Luggage? Will it transfer automatically to the next airline ? And if we leave the country, when happens the check out? In Chongqing or Beijing?
