Do a Colombian need to apply a visa ?

Hi, I am from Colombia and I am leaving in Shanghai right now. I have only one entrance to China that is already taken, but I want to go to Singapore on December. My ticket back to Colombia is from Shanghai, so I have to come back to China. Do I need to apply to other visa to enter to China to take my flight ? whats the cost ?
thank you

You do not need a visa if your layover time is less than 24 hours.
