No. Seoul-Shanghai-Seoul isn't a transit. You need a visa or a different route.

I am in a similar situation. Sydney via Seoul(only stay 2 hours in Seoul airport) and Shanghai - Seoul - Sydney. Can I get 144 hour free transit?
