About:Dual Nationality

i have dual citizenship USA & chile?

i live in usa i have dual citizenship chile and usa , I want to use my chilean passaport to ask for the china visa because i know it could be cheaper than the american . my question is i am going to have problems leaving china when try to return to usa using my american passaport

Well, according to this situation, you should use the same passport when enter and leave China. Thus if you wanna use the chilean passport to ask for the China Visa, you need also use this passport when leaving China. In addition, you can show your American passport when entering USA. It will be ok.
