About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Valid USA Passport

My USA passport expires in 5 months. Can I still travel to Shanghai from Hong Kong, stay for 2-3 days, and then travel on to Taipei?

Andrew, maybe you can use your current passport to travel. But just in case, you are advised to renew your passport before your trip.
