About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hk-Beijing-Vietnam

Hi,

I am travelling from Hong Kong (with an Italian passport) to Beijing for 2 days and then I will leave again via HK to Vietnam. Does this qualify for 72 hour free transit?

Hi, Cinzia, so you will travel like HK-Beijing-HK-Vietnam? If yes, you won't qualify for 72 hour free transit for it's not a transit. You are advised to apply for a visa for that beforehand.
