About:China Visa

Travel with an chinese citizen infant to china

hi I am filipina and my husband is chinese national we got married in china but now residing in Philippines. we are presently processing my daughter's chinese passport she is an infant. my problem is do we need to apply visa when we come back to Philippines?

Hi, you don't need a visa for that. If your husband and child have valid residence permit Philippines, there is no need to apply for a visa. Otherwise, they need to apply for it.
