How can Indian, Bangladesh and Pakistan passport holders get a China tourist visa?

Indian passport holder can probably get an individual tourist L type for China, but Bangladesh and Pakistan passport holders need to book a tour and then apply for a group tourist L type for China.
For individual tourist L type, the required documents include passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets, hotel reservation and residence permit in USA.
The required documents for group tourist L type include passport and ist copy, the application form, an introduction letter from the travel agency you book a tour, the travel itinerary, and a notification letter from an authorized Chinese travel agency.
