About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Flying to Guangzhou from Canada's then to Australia

Will I be able to get CNY out at the airport. Will USD work for food and shopping. Is it easy to get to the gates

You can’t leave the airport until you apply for a 72-hour free transit.
USD may not work, you are suggested to change for RMB at the airport.

Ok thanks so you can get it in the airport once your land :) just it asking me to get out $300 dollars worth here in Canada and I don’t need them much I only have a 4 hour layover. It just for food and some shopping

It’s okay for food and shopping. And by the way, the food can’t cost too much, you can buy some souvenirs at the airport.
