About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transiting from vietnam to Hong Kong then Hong Kong to Tawain

Hi,

Is this 24-hour direct transit option available to French citizens:

- Arriving by train from Vietnam and going to Hong Kong?
- Taking the train from Hong Kong to Xiamen to then catch a ferry to Taiwan?
