About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Fly US-Shanghai-Tokyo

Hello,
I would like to fly Fly US-Shanghai-Tokyo and stay in Shanghai for 72 hours to go to Shanghai Disney.
On my return, I will fly Tokyo-Shanghai-US but not leave the airport ( my layover in Shanghai is only 4 hours)
Am I eligible for visa free transit?
