About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

What is the procedure for transferring to a Hong Kong flight in Beijing

I am flying from Houston to Hong Kong via PEK on Air China/United in November. What is the procedure to change planes in PEK? Do I clear customs with baggage? Understand I will be arriving at Terminal 3. What terminal do China Air flights depart for Hong Kong? Thanks in advance.

Air China will use T3. So your transfer will be international to international in the same terminal. You don't need to reclaim the luggage and the procedure can be like this:
Arriving - Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding

You should know that all international transfer passengers must go through immigration transfer desk.
