Valid for any travel to China if I have S2 type with " Enter before 17Dec2024" and Multiple Entries

My wife helped me to get a S2 type with " Enter before 17Dec2024" and Multiple Entries a few years ago. Then I haven't been to China since. Now I need to make a 1 week trip there next,month for work. Do I need to apply for a visa or update anything? Or is this S2 type is good enough for me to make any trip to China before 2024?
