HK Transit visa requirement for Bangladesh Citizen with Canadian Permanent Residence (PR) holder

Hello --- My mother who is a Bangladeshi Citizen but Canadian Permanent residence would like to transit through Hongkong Int'l Airport on her way to Bangladesh. transit time only 2 hrs.
Does she require a transit entry permit?
If so, does require a invitation ?
Can airline ticket be considered as invitation?
Please advise
