Manila to Guanghzou, Guangzhou to Changsha, Changsa to Melbourne same day

Hi
I'm an Australian passport holder. Is it possible to do the 3 flights with separate tickets in the same day using TWOV?

Manila-Guangzhou (arriving 2 am)
Guangzhou-Changsha (leaving 10 am)
Changsha-Melbourne (leaving 5 pm)

I heard CAN airport has strict controls on leaving the province so I'm not sure if I can take the domestic flight to Changsha. Please let me know as soon as possible.
