About:China Visa Application Requirements

Australian Citizen

Hi,
I am an Australian citizen, going to china for a business trip for 1 week. I have an invitation letter from China. Is this invitation letter enough as proof of legal stay? or should I have any other documents as proof of legal stay?
Thanks

You need to apply for a business M type for this trip. Aside from the invitation letter, you also need to provide a completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, your passport and copy of its data page.
