About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour free transit policy to Guangzhou

I want to travel to the Canton Fair in October. I am wondering if 144-hour transit is available in Guangzhou or any nearby ports. The article says that 144-hr transit is about to be available in Guangdong. Is it already available?

It still isn't and there's no confirmation on when it will become available. However Singaporeans are exempted from visa requirements for visits less than 15 days which should be plenty of time to attend the Canton fair.
