About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Does the system work for return flights?

If I travel from South Korea and return there directly, can I still 'transit' free? Or must I find a third country?

Joe, no, you cannot use the free transit facility if you return to the country you fly from. You must find a third country and then this will be a transit.
