I would like to camp somewhere to be able to see the sunrise on Mt. Huashan. Is it allowed ?

Yes, you can camp at the East Peak, where you can see the best view of sunrise. However, it will be very cold. You can take along down jacket or rent one on the top of the mountain. Prepare qualify tent in case.
