About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Auckland - Kuala Lumpur-Guangzhou then Guangzhou - Kuala Lumpur-Auckland

I intend to fly from New Zealand to Kuala Lumpur and then Guangzhou with an ETA of 11.50pm on Saturday 14 October. Departing Guangzhou for KL at 10.20am on Tuesday 17 October. Does this qualify for the 72-hour free transit?
Thanks

No, Ross. Kuala Lumpur-Guangzhou-Kuala Lumpur is not a transit at all. You are advised to apply for a visa for that beforehand or you can try to change your itinerary.
