question about 24hr direct transit.

Hello, could you give me an answer? I am not sure I might be okay to pick up my luggage in PEK. I booked 2 round tickets. Ticket 1. Incheon- (Qingdao 1hr transit) - PEK Terminal 3 Ticket 2. PEK Terminal2 - (Russia transit) - CroatiaSo it is clear that I will take a flight from PEK within 24hours after I landed to Qingdao. However, I would like to know if I can get my luggage from terminal 3 and go to terminal 2 without visa.Also, since my ticket is separated round ticket, I am not sure it can be considered as a transit. You'll clear immigration and customs in Qingdao and continue to Beijing as a domestic passenger, so you can pick up your luggage in T3 and continue to T2 with no problems.
