What is the weather condition in the two last week of September in the region Dali-Shangri-la?

My travel plan includes the road from Dali to Shangri-la and then the road from Kunming to Hekou. Both the roads will be done by private car.
What kind of clothing to bring?

Dali: The temperature may range from 15C to 25 C, and some rainy days may come. So your suggested to take your shirts, and light coat.
S: According to former date, the temperature may range from 5C to 20 C, and there are many rainy days. You may take your coat, jeans and sneakers.
