Can I take a bus from near the Dongzhimen station to near Qingnianlu & Andingmen Station?

Yes, you can take bus 75 and get off at Qingnian Lukou Station, you will see Qingnia lu Station.
Take bus 75 and get off at Ditun Ximen, then walk south along Andingmen Wai Street for about 5 minutes, you will get Andingmen Station.
