About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

do i need to go to tokyo china embassy for the application?

i lived in akita. or can i send via email instead
or do have a place here to process application

Hi, I'm afraid you need to make the application from the CVASC in Tokyo, and you cannot do that via email.
