About:China Visa Application in USA

Can residents in other regions apply in person at the DC Embassy?

If I live on the west coast, but happens to be in DC. Can I apply for a visa in person at the DC embassy?

If the area where you reside belongs to the consular district of DC., you can make the application form there then. Otherwise, you cannot.
