Hi,Good day!My boss will be leaving from Dubai to Beijing and he will return to London via Dubai from Beijing, will he be able to use the 72hrs transit?Because the 72hrs requirement says that we have to go to a third region and in his case yes he will be but via Dubai. That's not transit at all so he'll need a visa unless he can change his outbound flight to a nonstop one.
