Flight from Taipei to Shanghai - Layover in NGB

I will have approximately 2 hours in the NGB airport as I travel to Shanghai. Part of this will be going through immigration, but (from my experience) that is usually pretty fast, even at the larger Chinese airports.
1) What else will I have to do? Will I have to recheck my bags?
2) Are there any restaurants while I wait for my next trip? I cannot find any information on restaurants or other things in the NGB airport.
