About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Seoul-Qingdao-Shanghai-Singapore

Hi, I am from South Korea
but my final destination is Singapore on the same carrier.

But my travel plan is a stopover in two Chinese cities - Qingdao and Shanghai.
I can leave the airport in Qingdao
but stay within the airport in Shanghai?

Would I be able to do this?

Hi, if your total layover time in Qingdao and Shanghai is not more than 24 hours, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in mainland China, no visa is needed then.
