Train Travel from Chaoshan to Zhuhai

Dear Sir/Mdm.
I am planning to visit Macau after our trip to Shantou in Nov with my family of 4 but I hope you could help answer my queries;
1) Is the 1st train stop in Chaoyang or Chaoshan?
2) Is the train's final stop in Zhuhai situated in Macao side or China's Gongbei Port?
3) When can I start to book online for the Nov Train tickets?
4) Can you send the tickets to my home address in Singapore?
5) Or I need to collect the tickets at the train station?
6) Do we need to check in our 4 pieces of 20 kg lugguage?
7) Are we allowed to bring the 4 luggage onboard the train?

Please advise.

Dear Tanlemon,
1. The train stop is Chaoshan.
2. It’s near the Gongbei Port.
3. Generally speaking, you can book the train ticket 30 days before your departure day.
4/5. I am afraid that we cannot send the tickets to your home address in Singapore. However, we can send the ticket to the hotel you will book during your trip in Shantou. If this is not available for you, you may need to collect the train ticket at the station by yourself.
6. If the total weight of your luggage is no more than 20kg, then you do not need to check in them. You can take them with you.
7. The quantity of the luggage is not limited on train, while just the size and weight are limited. Your bag should not be over 130cm or over 20kg for the adult and 10kg for the child.
