Kunming International Hourly Lounges - transfer between flights

Hi,

I an flying from Sydney to Changshui Airport (9 hour layover) then flying onto Kathmandu.
How do I get from my flight to the hourly lounges? I don't need to get out of the airport and go back in do I?
