Bullet Train Boarding Time & Hand Carry Luggage

What would be the boarding time on bullet rides? The earliest time before departure and the latest time to be on board.

Can I hand carry my luggage? Any size constraint?

about 15 to 30min before departure time. The boarding gate will be closed about 5min before departure. You can take your luggage with you. The policy says 20kg and the total dimension should be within 160cm. But they are not very strict with this policy. Even the luggage is little more than that, it is still OK
