About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Do I need a Visa if flying through Shanghai

Hi,

We will be flying from Singapore to Hong Kong then to Shanghai. From Shanghai we will be traveling back to U.S.A. We will be staying 3 days in both HK and Shanghai.

James, you can enjoy free transit in Shanghai, and there is no need for you to apply for a visa for that.
