Hong Kong Airport Express + 3 days unlimited travel for MRT

Hi, knowing that there hv such card exist. If i would like to continue to use the Octopus card for my 4th day, i just need to top up as normal right? Or i needs to buy another card for my travel? As i only stay at Hong Kong from 13/10, 17/10 will go to Macau.
