How to count the 15-day visa free China visit for Singaporean?

For example, if I get into China in the morning on 3 Jan, when MUST I be out of China ie 17 Jan or 18 Jan?

Betty, usually, the 15 days start from your entry date, so you need to leave China before 23:59 on Jan 17.
