Entering China as tourist on M visa

I entered China 8 months ago on an M type (that has not yet expired), but will be going back to China next week as a tourist. Can I still enter the country on an M type or do I have to apply for an L type?

Justin, yes, you can still enter on an M type as long as it is still valid.
