US citizen - Tourist visa

Hello - My daughter is a US citizen. She is 15 years old. She is with my sister's family in Singaore on summer vacation. She wants to go on a tourist trip to China.
1. What are her visa requirements ?
2. Can she get the Visa in Singapore ?

Hi, I’m afraid your daughter cannot get it from there because temporary visitors in Singapore are usually advised to make the application in their home country.
