About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

A flight from Guangzhou airport at 12:55 PM to Beijing Capital Airport landing at around 16:30.

Then don't leave PEK to Manchester until 1:45 AM. Will I be able to stay checked in at the airport to wait for my connection? Will I have to collect my luggage and check it back in again because the wait is so long?

You can stay at the transit area of the airport to wait for my connection flight. The baggage doesn’t depend on the time of your layover. You need to confirm with your airline company whether you can enjoy the Baggage Check-through Service. If you can, then you don’t need to reclaim your baggage and it will be sent to the last destination. Otherwise, you will need to claim and recheck it by yourself.
