Per Venge, you should be aware of the basic rule of 240 hour visa free transit and that one clearly says that the immediate points before and after your visit to mainland China have to be in two different countries or eligible territories (eligible territories are Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau). As you can see in your case, your itinerary has both immediate points in one country - Sweden. This is considered as a round trip and not a transit. You could have altered/adapted your itinerary by taking a flight from Stockholm to China and returning from China to, for example Denmark. That would be eligible because your immediate points before and after mainland China would be in two different countries. However, in your plan (itinerary) there is another problem because the province of Jilin is out of the wide area allowed to visit to those traveling on 240 hour visa free transit. In other words, even if you had your qualified itinerary, you would not have been allowed to travel to Jilin province and consequently to Changchun city. You, as a Swedish citizen, can only visit this area and perform your original travel itinerary by obtaining a Chinese visa in advance. I'm sorry for bringing you these unfavorable news, but at least you know the situation as it is and you also know the solution to that situation.
