About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

I am in china on an X2 visa and will be applying for an F type

do I need to leave china to apply for this or can I do it at the PSB? Please help.

Michelle, you can try to convert your current X2 type to F type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB. If it can be done, there is no need for you to leave China.
