About:China Transit Visa

I am flying from Korea to Malaysia using Air China, with two stopover in Beijing and XMN.

Those two stopover will be 20 hrs in total. Am I eligible for 24 hours visa free transit? I am wondering if my second flight will be counted as domestic flight .
